奶茶通俗學 一個以香港以至世界奶茶文化作硏究目標的文字插圖創作項目。內容包括文化硏究丶餐廳介紹丶食評手稿丶短篇漫畫等等，以既嚴肅又幽默，既含蓄亦搞笑的形式，實行一邊嘆茶丶一邊探討港式茶記的通俗文化，為本地人和外地遊客帶來多點冷知識和多一些樂趣，藉此推廣港式美食。只要放慢下來，你可會發現茶杯內盛載的不單只是色香味濃的奶茶，還有一個個發生在茶記、在你身邊充滿人情趣味的故事。 MILKTEALOGY Milktealogy is a research project of Hong kong and worldwide milk tea culture. It studies the way to savour milk tea and the pop culture and trivia of local restaurants in a humor way, thereby promoting Hong Kong-style cuisine to local people and tourists from all over the world. The project contains cultural studies, introduction and reviews of local restaurants, short comic, etc.. By slowing down, you can find that a cup of milk tea contains not only its unique flavor, but also those touching and interesting stories which happening within a restaurant.
